Shifter and handbrake mount for the ClubSport GT Cockpit

The Fanatec GT Cockpit Shifter Mount adds a mounting position for a shifter and/or handbrake to the ClubSport GT Cockpit. The support tube, clamps and plate with extension hold the devices beside the rig.

This accessory is designed for a specific cockpit model. The shifter, handbrake and ClubSport GT Cockpit are purchased separately.

Adjustable position on an aluminium tube

Release the cam lever clamps to move the shifter plate along the tube. This lets you place the device closer to the seat or further forward to suit the layout of your rig.

The extruded aluminium tube has three T-slots for M6x1 and 1/4-20 T-nuts. Loosen the mounting points as directed in the guide before adjustment, and avoid overtightening the cam levers.

Device compatibility and Handbrake V2 installation

The kit supports Fanatec shifters, the ClubSport Handbrake V1/V1.5, and most third-party shifters and handbrakes mounted from underneath. Check the mounting-hole pattern of any third-party device.

The ClubSport Handbrake V2 must attach to the side of a ClubSport Shifter. Standalone V2 installation requires additional drilled holes. The T-slots can also support compatible streaming accessories and other peripherals.

Left or right side, black or white finish

Left and right versions are available, each with a black or white powder-coated finish. The selected side determines where the mount attaches, while the colour lets you match the tube to your cockpit.

Each variant is a separate kit for one side. The tube is 810 mm long, the shifter plate measures 250 x 127 mm, and the extension measures 230 x 65 mm. The supplied plates and clamps are mount components, rather than control devices.

1. What is the Fanatec GT Cockpit Shifter Mount used for?

The Fanatec GT Cockpit Shifter Mount attaches a shifter and/or handbrake to the ClubSport GT Cockpit. The control devices and cockpit are sold separately.

2. Does this mount fit the CSL Cockpit?

This mount is designed exclusively for the Fanatec ClubSport GT Cockpit. The manufacturer does not specify compatibility with the CSL Cockpit or universal installation on other frames.

3. Which mounting sides and colours are available?

There are four variants: left black, right black, left white and right white. Each kit provides a mount for one selected side of the cockpit.

4. Does one kit include both left and right mounts?

One kit contains either the left or right version. Installing accessories on both sides requires two corresponding kits.

5. Can I adjust the shifter position?

The plate can be positioned along the mounting tube. Release the cam lever clamps, move the plate and lock the clamps again as described in the guide.

6. What are the tube and plate dimensions?

The tube is 810 mm long, the shifter plate measures 250 x 127 mm, and the extension measures 230 x 65 mm. Plate dimensions are given as length x width.

7. Can I install a third-party shifter?
