Simucube Wheelbase Mount V2 is a CNC-machined aluminium bracket for Simucube 2 and Simucube 3 wheelbases. It offers stepless adjustment from -24° to +20° and supports both standard and inverted installation. The drop-down design holds the wheelbase in place before the bolts are tightened, making a heavy Direct Drive unit easier and safer to install.

Stepless adjustment across a 44 degree range
The wheelbase angle can be adjusted continuously from -24° to +20°. This 44° range makes it possible to align the steering shaft with the seat height, wheel distance and the driver's hand position. The same bracket can suit an upright GT cockpit, a low Formula layout or a custom aluminium profile rig.
A scale on the side of the mount helps reproduce a previous setting after maintenance or removal. Both sides should be set to the same angle and tightened securely. This keeps the wheelbase square to the driver and allows the supports to share the loads generated by Force Feedback.
Standard or inverted installation
The mount supports a conventional wheelbase position and an inverted layout beneath the upper cockpit profiles. An inverted installation can free space above the driver's legs and may allow the monitor to sit lower when the rig and display arrangement permit it. The installation method can therefore be matched to the cockpit instead of forcing the drive unit into one fixed location.
Before using the inverted layout, check clearance for the housing, shaft, cables and steering wheel through their full working range. The profile carrying the mount must also be secured correctly to the cockpit. The rigidity of this cross-member is just as important as tightening the supplied bolts correctly.

One mount for Simucube 2 and Simucube 3
The hole patterns cover Simucube 2 Sport, Simucube 2 Pro, Simucube 2 Ultimate and every Simucube 3 model. Simucube 2 Sport and Pro use the 145 mm PCD, Simucube 3 wheelbases use the 135 mm PCD, and Simucube 2 Ultimate uses the 130 mm PCD. The central opening measures 111 mm in diameter.
The main structure is CNC-machined from aluminium. Overall dimensions are 222 × 207 × 107 mm and weight is 1.5 kg. M8 and M6 fasteners, washers, M8 T-slot nuts and a 5 mm hex key are included, so the core hardware specified for installation does not need to be sourced separately.

1. Which wheelbases fit Simucube Wheelbase Mount V2?
The mount fits Simucube 2 Sport, Simucube 2 Pro, Simucube 2 Ultimate and every Simucube 3 wheelbase.
2. What is the tilt adjustment range?
