VNM pedals - Lite and V1 sets with Load Cell braking

VNM pedals are made for drivers who want more consistent braking and a solid metal control set for their simulator. The range covers the straightforward VNM Lite line and the more mechanically advanced VNM V1. Every set in this category uses a brake with a 200 kg Load Cell, so braking can be controlled through pressure rather than pedal position alone.

Each pedal set connects to a PC through its USB controller. VNM software handles calibration, dead zones and axis response, while the separate pedal layout works well on aluminium-profile rigs or a dedicated pedal plate.

Which VNM pedals suit your simulator?

Start with the cars you drive most often. A GT or Formula driver who uses clutch paddles on the steering wheel will usually be well served by a two-pedal set. Classic cars, rally machinery and manual gearboxes make a separate clutch far more useful. VNM pedals also differ in construction and upgrade options, so pedal count is only one part of the decision.

VNM Lite Pedalset 2P - brake and throttle in a focused package

The VNM Lite Pedalset 2P combines the two controls required for GT cars, prototypes, touring cars and Formula machinery. Its structure uses powder-coated steel with anodised aluminium parts. A contactless sensor reads the throttle position, while ball bearings support the moving mechanism.

The central feature is the 200 kg Load Cell brake. Measuring pressure helps the driver build a repeatable braking point and release the pedal more steadily on corner entry. Lite 2P is the sensible choice when you want Load Cell pedals without buying a clutch that will remain unused.

VNM Lite Pedalset - three pedals for manual shifting

The VNM Lite Pedalset adds a dedicated clutch to the same basic layout. That third pedal matters in historic cars, road cars, rally stages and any simulation where a manual gearbox is part of the experience. Contactless sensors are used for throttle and clutch travel, while the brake retains its 200 kg Load Cell.

Choosing the three-pedal set avoids having to add a separate clutch later. It also makes sense for a mixed-use cockpit that may run a modern GT car one evening and an older H-pattern car the next.

VNM V1 Brake & Throttle - CNC aluminium and upgrade potential

VNM V1 Brake & Throttle is aimed at drivers who want a more developed mechanical platform. The set includes throttle and a 200 kg Load Cell brake, with the main structure made from CNC-machined aluminium. A contactless throttle sensor and ball-bearing pivots support smooth, repeatable movement.

One important distinction is compatibility with the optional VNM Damper Kit. The damper changes the speed and feel of pedal return, adding another layer of mechanical tuning. VNM Lite pedals do not accept the VNM Damper Kit, so the V1 line is the correct starting point if that upgrade is already part of your plan.

A 200 kg Load Cell and VNM software adjustment

A 200 kg Load Cell does not mean that every braking action must use the sensor's full capacity. It describes the rating of the installed cell, while the usable pressure can be set during calibration. This allows VNM pedals to suit both a rigid aluminium cockpit and a lighter driving position configured for lower pedal force.

The supplied controller connects the pedal set directly to a PC by USB. VNM software provides minimum and maximum axis calibration, dead-zone settings and response curves. Recalibrating after a seat adjustment, brake setup change or pedal repositioning is worthwhile. A few careful settings here are usually more effective than changing pedal sensitivity separately in every game.

Rig installation and the VNM Pedal Heel Rest

The sets do not include a shared heel support. If you want to join the individual pedals into one neat module, use the VNM Pedal Heel Rest. It works with both VNM Lite and VNM V1 pedals, simplifies spacing and gives the driver's feet a stable surface in front of the pedal faces.

For direct rig installation, check the hole pattern and the adjustment range of the cockpit's pedal deck. A Load Cell brake needs firm support. Flex in the deck or seat absorbs part of the pressure that should be helping you control the car, so a rigid mounting point is an important part of the finished setup.

VNM pedal haptics - what a complete system requires

A cockpit can be expanded with the VNM Direct Haptic Pedals Reactor, which sends short telemetry-based effects through the selected pedal. The reactor is not a complete standalone system. Operation also requires a VNM Controller Box V2 and the VNM Power Supply.

A pedal-specific bracket is required as well. Use the VNM Brake/Throttle Bracket for a brake or throttle, and the VNM Clutch Bracket for a clutch. Confirm bracket compatibility with the exact pedal version before ordering the haptic components.
