VNM Lite Pedalset 2P combines a contactless throttle with a 200 kg Load Cell brake. Its metal construction, ball-bearing pivots, adjustable height and pedal angle suit GT, prototype and formula racing. The USB controller provides calibration, curves, travel and dead-zone settings. A heel platform is not included, so complete the rig with the VNM Pedal Heel Rest.

VNM Lite Pedalset 2P - questions and answers
1. What is included with VNM Lite Pedalset 2P?
The package contains the throttle, brake, pedal controller, USB Type-A to A cable, six Allen keys and M6 mounting hardware. A clutch and heel platform are not included.
2. How does the 200 kg Load Cell brake work?
The sensor measures the force applied to the pedal. Maximum brake output can be calibrated around the driver's strength and cockpit rigidity rather than being fixed only by pedal position.
3. Which sensor is used for the throttle?
The throttle uses a contactless angle sensor. Its measurement does not depend on two sensing parts rubbing against each other, supporting stable operation over repeated pedal strokes.
4. Can the pedals work without a VNM wheelbase?
Yes. The included controller connects directly to a Windows PC through USB. This allows VNM Lite Pedalset 2P to be combined with wheelbases and steering wheels from other ecosystems.
5. What can be adjusted in VNM software?
The software covers calibration, dead zones, pedal travel and response curves. It lets the driver change input behaviour without rebuilding the mechanical assembly.
6. Can the pedal position be adjusted?
Yes. Pedal height and angle are adjustable. Spacing depends on how the separate units are fitted to a pedal deck, aluminium profiles or the optional VNM baseplate.
7. Is a heel plate supplied?
No. The VNM Pedal Heel Rest is available separately. It supports the feet and brings both pedal units together on one platform.
8. Is the VNM Damper Kit compatible with Lite pedals?
No. VNM specifically excludes this combination. The Lite mechanism does not have the mounting arrangement required by the dampers designed for standard VNM V1 pedals.
9. Can a clutch be added later?
If a clutch is required from the outset, the complete VNM Lite Pedalset 3P is the straightforward choice. Check clutch-module availability and controller compatibility before planning a separate conversion.
10. Which driving styles suit the two-pedal configuration?
It works well for GT cars, prototypes, formula machinery and other vehicles using paddle shifters. The driver gets a contactless throttle and Load Cell brake without giving cockpit space to an unused clutch.
