Simagic steering wheel lines – a complete overview

Zeus series – Simagic’s new modular platform

The Zeus family brings a new level of modularity to the Simagic ecosystem. Instead of locking the driver into one fixed configuration, it allows selected grips, paddle modules and the optional MagicDash 4 display to be changed or shared between compatible Zeus products.

The range currently includes three different steering wheels:

• Simagic Zeus Formula – a 280 mm Formula wheel with a 5 mm carbon-fibre front plate, CNC-machined aluminium rear housing, 16 RGB buttons and up to 92 physical inputs
• Simagic Zeus GT – a 300 mm GT wheel with modular grip options, 10 RGB buttons, three rotary encoders, two seven-way switches and 15 RGB shift lights
• Simagic Zeus Sport – a versatile 320 mm wheel designed for GT, rally, endurance and road-car simulation, with interchangeable grip options, 10 RGB buttons and up to 50 control inputs

All three Zeus models support modular paddle configurations and can be paired with the optional MagicDash 4 display. This makes it possible to move the same display between compatible Zeus wheels instead of purchasing a separate screen for every steering wheel.

Zeus wheels connect directly to Simagic Alpha EVO wheelbases. When used with Alpha Mini, Alpha, Alpha U or M10 bases, they require MagLink Pro or MagLink Pro Xtend. Selected third-party Direct Drive bases can also be supported through MagLink Pro, although the required Quick Release and mounting components depend on the individual setup.

GT series – from compact GT wheels to classic round rims

The Simagic GT range covers several different driving styles. It includes compact wheels for modern GT cars, traditional round rims for rally and classic vehicles, and D-shaped options for cockpits where extra leg clearance is useful.

The GT4 uses a compact GT-style layout with a carbon-fibre face, RGB controls and magnetic paddle shifters. The GT NEO offers a more modern design with an aluminium core, configurable lighting and a wide range of controls within easy reach.

The GTS and GTC families are available with two different grip finishes:

• GTS Alcantara and GTS Leather
• GTC Alcantara and GTC Leather

The GT1 range takes a more traditional approach. Round SR versions work well in rally, drifting, classic cars and road-car simulation, while the D-shaped variants are better suited to GT, touring and endurance cars:

Formula series – FX-C and FX Pro

The Formula range is intended for single-seaters, prototypes and modern race cars that use a compact steering wheel and a smaller steering range.

The Simagic FX-C is a 290 mm Formula-style wheel with a carbon-fibre face, configurable RGB buttons, rotary controls and magnetic paddle shifters. Its compact shape makes it a practical choice for Formula, LMP and modern GT racing.

The Simagic FX Pro adds a built-in 4.3-inch display and an expanded paddle layout. It is designed for drivers who want telemetry, shift information and vehicle settings available directly on the steering wheel without installing a separate dashboard.

GT Pro Hub K – a complete hub and rim package

GT Pro Hub K wheels combine a fully equipped button hub with a ready-to-use leather rim. There is no need to choose the hub, steering wheel rim and mounting hardware separately, making this line a straightforward option for drivers building their first complete Simagic setup.

Two shapes are available:

• GT Pro Hub K D-Shape Leather – a flat-bottom option for GT, touring and endurance cars
• GT Pro Hub K Round Leather – a traditional round rim for GT, rally, drifting and classic cars

Both versions retain the same hub controls and paddle system, so the main difference comes down to the shape of the rim and the type of driving for which it will be used.

Neo X series – modular hub and interchangeable rims

Neo X remains a flexible option for drivers who want to use one control hub with several different steering wheel shapes. The Neo X Hub is available separately, allowing the driver to select a suitable rim for GT, rally, drifting or road-car simulation.

Complete Neo X sets are also available:

• Neo X 310G – a compact 310 mm option
• Neo X 330R – a traditional 330 mm round rim
• Neo X 330T – a 330 mm rim with a distinctive upper profile
• Neo X 350W – a wider 350 mm option for rally, drifting and road vehicles

Choosing the correct wheelbase and connection

Most established Simagic steering wheels are designed to work within the Simagic ecosystem through the brand’s Quick Release and communication system. The exact connection method depends on the generation of the steering wheel and wheelbase.

The newer Zeus Formula, Zeus GT and Zeus Sport models connect directly to Alpha EVO bases. Alpha Mini, Alpha and Alpha U users need MagLink Pro or MagLink Pro Xtend to use the Zeus platform with full functionality. MagLink Pro can also provide a wired data and power connection when a Zeus wheel is installed on a compatible third-party Direct Drive base.
