Simagic ZEUS Sport – 320 mm round sim racing wheel for GT, rally and endurance
Simagic ZEUS Sport is a 320 mm round sim racing wheel made for drivers who move between different car classes. It suits GT cars, rally stages, drift cars, endurance racing, road cars and classic machinery where a full round rim feels more natural than a Formula-style shape.
The round layout gives the driver more freedom during fast corrections. When the car slides, when the wheel rotates further than expected, or when the driver needs to catch oversteer quickly, there is always a complete rim under the hands.
At the same time, ZEUS Sport is not a simple bare rim. It combines a modern control panel, RGB lighting, HALL paddles, SimHub support, QR50 and compatibility with the optional MagicDash 4 display.

One round wheel for several driving styles
The biggest advantage of ZEUS Sport is flexibility. A 320 mm round wheel can be used across many types of cars without changing the whole steering wheel every time. It feels at home in GT racing, but it also makes sense for rally, drift, endurance and road-car driving.
In rally and drift, the driver often needs to let the wheel move through the hands and then catch it again. A round rim is much easier to trust in that situation because there is no missing lower section and no narrow Formula-style shape to interrupt the movement.
In GT and endurance racing, the same diameter gives a stable hand position and a calmer feel over longer sessions. It is large enough to control stronger Direct Drive force feedback, but not so large that steering response becomes slow.
320 mm size with natural control
The 320 mm diameter gives ZEUS Sport a more familiar feel than a compact Formula wheel. The hands sit further apart, steering corrections feel smoother, and the driver gets more leverage from the rim.
This helps when using a stronger Direct Drive wheelbase. Force Feedback does not feel as sharp or nervous as it can on a very small wheel, but information about grip, tyre load and slides still reaches the driver clearly.
For mixed cockpits, this size is practical. One wheel can cover a GT3 session, a rally car, a drift run and a road-car cruise without making the setup feel wrong for each discipline.
Rigid body with aluminium and carbon-fibre accents
The front section uses an injection-moulded shell with carbon-fibre accents. The rear housing is made from die-cast aluminium and CNC-machined for a stronger, more stable structure.
This matters when the wheel is connected to a Direct Drive base. Kerb strikes, quick counter-steering and sudden grip loss should be transferred through the wheel without the body feeling soft or vague.
A rigid structure also helps with consistency. When the steering wheel does not flex unnecessarily, small details from the wheelbase remain easier to read through the hands.
Interchangeable grips and rim configurations
ZEUS Sport is built around a modular rim concept. Different grip materials, diameters and shapes can change the character of the same wheel without replacing the full electronic hub.
Leather is a practical choice for regular driving, especially without gloves. Suede gives a more motorsport-focused feel, while rubber can be useful in high-use setups or for drivers who want a secure surface across many sessions.
This makes ZEUS Sport a good base for a cockpit that changes over time. The driver can start with one configuration and later adapt the wheel to a different car class or driving preference.
10 RGB buttons for race functions
The front panel provides 10 configurable RGB buttons. They can be used for radio, pit limiter, headlights, wipers, DRS, camera changes, vehicle reset, neutral, push-to-talk or pit-stop confirmation.
Colour coding helps keep the layout easy to understand. Pit functions can use one colour, communication another, and car settings a separate group. After a few sessions, the driver can find the right button by position and colour instead of reading every label.
The buttons are especially useful in endurance racing, where the driver may need to adjust settings repeatedly while staying focused on traffic, fuel saving and tyre management.
Rotary encoders and seven-way switches
Three rotary encoders give quick access to settings that change during a stint. They can be assigned to brake balance, ABS, traction control, engine maps, force feedback level, audio volume or dashboard pages.
The two seven-way switches combine several functions in a small area. They can handle menu movement, black box navigation, pit-stop settings, strategy changes and simulator interface control.
This reduces the need for a separate button box in many cockpits. The most important adjustments remain on the wheel, close to the driver’s thumbs.
15 RGB shift lights and telemetry feedback
A strip of 15 RGB shift lights sits across the top of the wheel. It can show engine RPM and the ideal shift point, but it can also be used for more than gear changes.
With supported software, the LEDs can react to telemetry, flags, warnings, limiter status or other vehicle events. The driver receives information directly on the wheel, without relying only on an external dashboard.
This is helpful when the monitor sits far from the driver or when the wheelbase blocks part of the lower screen area.
HALL paddles and UP+ modularity
ZEUS Sport uses HALL-sensor paddle shifters. Paddle movement is detected magnetically, without relying on a traditional mechanical contact for every input.
The result is a clear activation point and long-term consistency. Gear changes remain predictable during relaxed endurance driving, fast downshifts before a hairpin, or repeated shifts during rally and drift sessions.
The wheel also supports optional paddle modules. The Simagic Push-Pull Paddle Shifter Module can be useful for rally and drift driving, while the Simagic 3-Paddle Shifter Module adds another control option at the rear of the wheel.
Simagic ZEUS Sport and optional MagicDash 4
Simagic MagicDash 4 is an optional telemetry display for ZEUS Sport. It is not included with the standard wheel.
The display can show gear, speed, engine RPM, lap times, tyre temperatures, fuel level, race flags and other data supported by SimHub.
For wireless use of MagicDash 4, the required accessory is Simagic AirLink. MagLink Pro and MagLink Pro Xtend are used for wheel connection and power in selected setups, but they do not replace AirLink for the display signal.
SimPro Manager V3 and SimHub
SimPro Manager V3 is used to configure buttons, encoders, paddles, lighting and firmware updates. It is the main setup tool for the wheel inside the Simagic ecosystem.
SimHub support allows the driver to extend what the LEDs, RGB buttons and MagicDash 4 can do. Lighting can react to in-game data, warnings, flags and vehicle status.
Different profiles are worth preparing for different cars. A rally car may need a different layout from a GT3 car, a drift car or a road-car setup. More information about dashboards and telemetry configuration is available on the official SimHub website.
Zeus QR50 Quick Release included
The wheel is supplied with Zeus QR50 Quick Release. It lets the driver install or remove the wheel without undoing mounting screws each time.
QR50 keeps the mechanical connection stable between the wheel and the wheelbase. On Alpha EVO bases, it also forms part of the native Simagic connection system.
Simagic ZEUS Sport with Alpha EVO bases
Simagic ZEUS Sport works natively with Simagic Alpha EVO wheelbases:
In this configuration, the wheel does not require MagLink Pro or MagLink Pro Xtend for standard wheel communication. Once attached to the QR50, it can be configured through SimPro Manager.
Using Simagic ZEUS Sport with Alpha bases
Simagic ZEUS Sport can also work with earlier Simagic Alpha wheelbases:
For these bases, the wheel requires Simagic MagLink Pro or Simagic MagLink Pro Xtend for connection and power.
MagLink Pro is the wired connection option. MagLink Pro Xtend combines the QR adapter with the MagLink connection, which makes it a cleaner solution for many older Alpha setups.
Simagic ZEUS Sport with third-party wheelbases
Simagic ZEUS Sport can also be used with selected third-party Direct Drive wheelbases, but the correct accessories are required.
In a mixed-brand setup, MagLink Pro provides wired connection and power for the wheel. The mechanical side still needs the correct Quick Release, mounting adapter, bolt pattern and possibly a spacer.
A mechanical fit alone does not guarantee full electronic operation. Before choosing adapters, check the exact wheelbase model, mounting system and communication method.
Who is the Simagic ZEUS Sport for?
Simagic ZEUS Sport is a good choice for drivers who use many different car types and do not want their cockpit limited to one discipline. The 320 mm round rim works well for GT, rally, drift, endurance and road-car driving.
It also suits users who want to expand the setup over time. The wheel can start as a clean round-wheel configuration and later gain MagicDash 4, AirLink, alternative paddle modules or different rim options.
For a driver who wants one main wheel for many simulators, ZEUS Sport offers a practical balance of comfort, control access and upgrade potential.
Simagic ZEUS Sport in regular use
Simagic ZEUS Sport combines a classic round rim with the control layout of a modern sim racing wheel. The driver gets RGB buttons, rotary encoders, seven-way switches, shift lights, HALL paddles and room for later upgrades.
With Alpha EVO, the wheel works natively. With MagLink Pro or MagLink Pro Xtend, it can also be adapted to earlier Alpha bases and selected third-party systems.
This makes Simagic ZEUS Sport a practical central wheel for a cockpit used across GT, rally, drift, endurance and everyday practice sessions.
