VNM Clutch Bracket - A dedicated clutch haptic mount

VNM Clutch Bracket is made for installing a Direct Haptic reactor at the clutch pedal. It holds the haptic unit in the intended position, so vibration enters the pedal structure instead of being lost through an improvised mounting point.

The bracket suits drivers extending tactile feedback beyond the brake and throttle. Once the system is assembled and configured, the clutch can carry an assigned telemetry effect supported by the chosen simulator.

A firm connection to the reactor

The bracket has one clear job: securely join the VNM Direct Haptic Pedals Reactor to the clutch. A properly mounted unit avoids the movement and wasted vibration associated with a loose, makeshift support.

Check the fasteners and cable routing before driving. The cable should have enough slack for installation but remain outside the moving range of the pedal arm.

One component of the complete system

VNM Clutch Bracket is not a reactor and cannot create haptic feedback on its own. A working installation also needs the reactor, VNM Controller Box V2 and VNM Power Supply. An older Controller Box V1 must be replaced with V2.

Because each part is selected separately, the rig can be expanded one pedal at a time. One clutch position uses one VNM-HPRBK02 bracket and one reactor.

Select the bracket for the chosen pedal

VNM-HPRBK02 is the clutch version and should not be treated as a universal adapter for every pedal. A reactor fitted to the accelerator or brake requires the VNM Brake/Throttle Bracket.

Plan the installation before ordering: count the reactors, list their pedal positions, confirm the controller-box version and include the required power supply. This prevents a clutch mount from being ordered for a brake or throttle position.

1. What is VNM Clutch Bracket used for?

It securely mounts a VNM Direct Haptic reactor at the clutch pedal. This allows the generated pulse to enter the pedal assembly directly.

2. Is the haptic reactor included?

No. VNM-HPRBK02 is the mounting part only. Order the VNM Direct Haptic Pedals Reactor separately.

3. Can this bracket be used on the throttle or brake?

This version is intended for the clutch. Throttle and brake positions use the VNM Brake/Throttle Bracket.

4. Why does the reactor need a dedicated bracket?

A rigid connection limits wasted vibration and keeps the reactor in the intended position. A loose improvised support may weaken the cue or shake unrelated parts of the rig.

5. Is Controller Box V2 required?

Yes. A working Direct Haptic system requires the VNM Controller Box V2. The bracket contains no control electronics.

6. Is a separate power supply needed?

Yes. The reactor uses the VNM Power Supply. The clutch bracket includes neither system power nor control wiring.

7. How many brackets are needed for one clutch?

One VNM Clutch Bracket is required to mount one reactor at one clutch pedal position.

8. Does the bracket create vibration?

No. It is a static mounting component. The Direct Haptic reactor generates the pulse, while the bracket helps transfer it to the clutch.
