1. How much torque does Podium DD provide?
The base sustains 25 Nm and can produce peak overshoot up to 33 Nm.
2. Who is this wheel base intended for?
Because of its very high torque, Fanatec positions it for advanced users and requires rigid mounting and careful safety practices.
3. Is a steering wheel included?
No. A compatible Fanatec wheel or hub with QR2 must be selected separately.
4. Is QR2 Base-Side preinstalled?
Yes. The metal QR2 Base-Side (Type-F) is fitted at the factory.
5. What is the 10 cm shaft extension for?
It moves the wheel away from the base housing, allowing the base to sit farther back while the display is positioned lower and closer to the driver's sightline.
6. Does Podium DD work on PlayStation?
No. This model is not PlayStation compatible and cannot gain that support through an update.
7. Does it work on Xbox?
Yes, when used with an Xbox-licensed Fanatec steering wheel and a compatible game.
8. Does FullForce work automatically?
No. The base supports FullForce, but the game must implement the technology.
