Full-size GT3 steering wheel licensed for Xbox
The 300 mm-wide form follows the proportions used by GT3 racing wheels. Closed, rubberised grips provide stable control during long races, while their 50 Shore A hardness is designed to balance flexibility and durability under intensive use.
Xbox compatibility electronics are integrated into the steering wheel. When attached to a compatible Fanatec wheel base, the complete system — including base-connected peripherals such as pedals, shifter or handbrake — can operate on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. The wheel also supports PC, while PS4 and PS5 operation requires a PlayStation-licensed Direct Drive wheel base.
Magnetic shifters and two analogue paddles
The magnetic shifter paddles are precision-cut from anodised aluminium and use diamond-textured gripping surfaces. Each has a rocker design that allows the driver to shift both up and down with one hand. The mechanism provides a defined and repeatable response with every gear change.
Two additional analogue paddles use a honeycomb-reinforced structure. A central switch selects one of four modes: clutch with bite-point control, clutch and handbrake, brake and throttle, or two mappable analogue axes. Brake/throttle mode allows driving without connected pedals, while the advanced clutch mode supports setting the bite point before a race start.
OLED, FunkySwitch and an extensive input layout
The white 1-inch OLED display has a resolution of 128 × 64 pixels and shows supported data and Tuning Menu settings. Two 12-position switches can operate in multi-position or endless rotary-encoder mode, while two two-way toggles provide additional inputs within reach of the grips.
The seven-function FunkySwitch combines four directional inputs, push action and rotary-encoder control. Two high-bezel Pit and Neutral buttons use laser-engraved markings and Snapdome mechanisms with an actuation force of approximately 2500 gf. Seven additional buttons have removable caps; both Xbox and Racing Style markings are supplied.
QR2 Lite with High Torque Mode support
The preinstalled QR2 Lite Wheel-Side is made from carbon-fibre-reinforced composite. Its tapered profile naturally centres the connection, while a spring-loaded locking pin secures the wheel on the shaft. The design allows the wheel to be attached without touching the sleeve mechanism.
This QR2 Lite configuration permits maximum torque and High Torque Mode on compatible ClubSport DD, ClubSport DD+, Podium DD1 and DD2 wheel bases. The steering wheel can also be used with a QR1-equipped Direct Drive base after fitting a suitable QR1 Wheel-Side, although Fanatec recommends upgrading the complete system to QR2.

No. The Fanatec CSL GT3 is a steering wheel for a compatible Fanatec wheel base. The base, pedals and other peripherals are sold separately.
