13. How do I submit a warranty claim for a Fanatec product?

14. What does Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S compatibility mean for a Fanatec product?

Xbox compatibility is provided by a steering wheel equipped with officially licensed Xbox electronics. Once this steering wheel is attached to a compatible wheel base, the connected Fanatec setup can work with Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. The availability of individual functions depends on the steering wheel, game and installed firmware.

15. What does PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 compatibility mean for a Fanatec product?

The product can work with PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 as part of a setup using an officially compatible Fanatec wheel base. Within the Fanatec ecosystem, the electronics responsible for PlayStation compatibility are located in the wheel base rather than the steering wheel. A compatible steering wheel, pedals and other Fanatec devices can be connected to that base. Available functions may also depend on the game.

16. Are Fanatec products compatible with a Windows PC?

Yes. Fanatec products are designed to work with Windows PCs. The wheel base connects to the computer through USB, while some steering wheels, pedals and accessories operate through a compatible Fanatec wheel base. The current Fanatec driver is required for hardware configuration and firmware updates, while the available functions may also depend on the game.
