A pedal you can tune to the car

Simucube ActivePedal Sport uses a servo motor to create resistance. Changing the brake feel does not mean swapping springs or elastomers. Set force, travel and the resistance curve in Simucube Tuner, save the profile and load it again for your next session.

  • Your own settings: match force and travel to the car and your seating position.
  • A repeatable profile: restore saved settings without rebuilding a mechanical resistance stack.
  • Feedback under your foot: ABS and wheel lock-up can change pedal behaviour using telemetry from the game.

A motor replaces spring and elastomer swaps

In a typical passive pedal, a sensor reads pressure or position while the mechanical parts provide resistance. ActivePedal Sport uses a motor that responds to software settings. You can change how the pedal feels without taking it apart and trying a different combination of inserts.

Up to 100 kg of force and 60 mm of travel

ActivePedal Sport provides a maximum force of 100 kg and up to 60 mm of travel. These are the pedal's limits, not compulsory settings. Choose a lighter brake with more movement or a short stroke with resistance that rises sharply.

The pedal face also has mechanical adjustment: 20 mm in height and an 18° angle range. Set the contact position for your foot first, then tune force and response in the software.

Build your brake curve in Simucube Tuner

Start with a preset curve: Linear, Squared, S-Curve or Logarithmic A, B and C. If none feels right, edit the resistance curve yourself. You can decide how quickly force builds through the stroke for the car you drive and the way you brake.

Simucube Tuner also provides travel, maximum force, preload, friction and damping settings. Assign profiles to games and use automatic switching instead of rebuilding your setup before each session.

Driver profiles give you a starting point

There is no need to begin with a blank graph. Simucube presents profiles from James Baldwin for the McLaren 720S GT3 EVO, Tim Heinemann for the Porsche 911 GT3 R, Gabriel Bortoleto for Formula 2 and Tony Kanaan for IndyCar 2023.

Use them as starting points, then adapt them to your own pressure and seating position. Keep the overall curve while adjusting force or travel. When practising trail braking, you can compare profiles and find the response that suits your technique.

Brake, throttle or clutch

The same ActivePedal Sport can perform three roles. As a brake, it offers force adjustment up to 100 kg and effects including ABS and wheel lock-up. As a throttle, it lets you tune travel and resistance. As a clutch, you can adjust the engagement feel and bite point.

Select the role in Simucube Tuner. This product contains one pedal. Operating two or three axes at the same time requires additional active pedals or a compatible passive-pedal setup.

Keep the same profile through long sessions

ActivePedal Sport gets its resistance from the motor and saved curve rather than a selected elastomer stack. Restoring the brake feel does not require replacing those parts. Loading a profile brings back the saved force, travel and other settings.

Save separate configurations for different cars. After experimenting, you can return to an earlier setup without starting the adjustment process from scratch.

Feel ABS and wheel lock-up under your foot

ActivePedal Sport does more than read your input. Its motor can change force while you drive to communicate ABS operation and wheel lock-up. These effects come through the pedal mechanism itself, without adding a separate vibration motor for them.

Telemetry-based effects need the relevant data from the game. Availability will not be identical across every title. Adjust intensity in Simucube Tuner so the signals remain useful alongside the normal brake resistance.

Seven effects to set your way

Each effect communicates something different. You do not have to enable them all. Start with the information you use while driving, then adjust its intensity in Simucube Tuner.

Effects based on vehicle behaviour work within the data supplied by the simulator. Brake Threshold Vibrations responds to a chosen brake-input threshold and does not need wheel-lock or ABS telemetry.

Motor Vibration

Vibration that follows engine RPM.

ABS

Pulsing feedback when ABS activates.

Traction Control

Haptic feedback when traction control engages.

G-Force

The pull toward the seat belts under braking and acceleration, with slow pedal movement and a sharp texture.

Brake Threshold Vibrations

Vibrates when brake input reaches your set level. Needs no telemetry, so it works in every game.

Clutch Bite Point

Vibrates around your bite point, getting stronger the closer you are to it.

Brake Lockup

Vibrates when the wheels lock under braking. Scales with car speed and how hard the wheels lock.

An active pedal in the Simucube family

Sport uses the approach found in ActivePedal Pro and Ultimate: a servo motor creates resistance while Simucube Tuner handles settings and effects. That does not mean identical hardware or force limits. Sport has its own compact design and a maximum force of 100 kg.

Profiles, curves and effects are managed in the same software environment. If your rig already uses Simucube Link devices, you can keep the existing Link Hub rather than buy a second one for the same setup.

250 mm długości i cztery punkty montażowe

1. What is Simucube ActivePedal Sport?

It is an active sim racing pedal that uses a servo motor to generate resistance. Force, travel, the resistance curve and effects are configured in Simucube Tuner.

2. Can ActivePedal Sport work as a throttle or clutch?

Yes. Select brake, throttle or clutch mode in the software. One unit performs one role in a given configuration.

3. What force and travel does the pedal offer?

Maximum force is 100 kg and maximum travel is 60 mm. Lower settings are available; you do not have to use the highest resistance.

4. Is Simucube Link Hub included?

No. Link Hub is required but sold separately. If your rig already has one, you can reuse that hub.

5. How many pedals does this product include?

One Simucube ActivePedal Sport. Images showing three pedals depict an example setup, not the contents of this box.

6. Do all effects work in every game?

No. ABS, wheel lock-up and other effects based on vehicle behaviour need the relevant telemetry. Brake Threshold Vibrations works at a selected brake-input level and does not require game telemetry.

7. How does ActivePedal Sport mount to a cockpit?

The pedal has four slots for M5 fasteners. Check the mounting pattern against your plate or profiles, with space for pedal movement and cable routing.

8. Can multiple pedals be daisy chained?

ActivePedal Sport does not support daisy chaining. Connect the set within the Simucube Link platform using the required Link Hub, rather than routing each pedal through the next.

9. Can I add a passive throttle and clutch?

Yes. Simucube specifies support for two passive pedals through the extension interface and shows setups with Simucube CoPedal. Pedals and any required adapters must be selected separately.

10. When has Simucube announced ActivePedal Sport availability?

For early 2027. Simucube's early-access list is free and does not oblige you to buy; it is the manufacturer's programme.

11. How long is the Simucube ActivePedal Sport warranty?

Warranty for Simucube ActivePedal Sport is up to 36 months, subject to its warranty terms. This period applies to this model and does not automatically define coverage for every Simucube product.

12. How is the warranty handled for a product bought from Simline.eu?

Simline.eu accepts the claim and acts as an intermediary in the warranty process. After reviewing the documentation, we provide further instructions for handling the claim.

13. How do I submit a claim for Simucube ActivePedal Sport?

Email support@simline.eu with a description of the issue and photos or videos showing the fault. You will receive further instructions after the claim is reviewed.
