Firmer brake with shorter travel

The kit changes brake mechanics without replacing the load cell. A selected elastomer combination reduces pedal movement and creates a higher, more clearly defined pressure point.

This is aimed at drivers who modulate braking through leg force and want less foot travel. It does not raise the sensor rating beyond the specification of the pedals themselves.

Red and green Eladur elements

The package contains red and green elastomers in two diameters. Their combination determines stiffness and travel, so the configuration must follow the manufacturer's chart.

Eladur material is tested beyond one million cycles. Lithium grease is included for installation and service of the working elements.

Installation in the preload mechanism

The Brake Performance Kit installs in place of the brake preload mechanism. The procedure requires partial pedal disassembly and correct placement of elements with the specified diameter.

After installation, the preload screw is used only to remove mechanical play. It should not be used to over-compress the elastomers for additional stiffness.

Fanatec confirms compatibility with standard ClubSport Pedals V3 and the V3 Inverted version. The kit is not intended for CSL Pedals or other pedal generations.

Pedals are not included. This is a tuning and service component set for an existing V3 assembly.
