The throttle that just works

MOZA MTQ Throttle Quadrant

Let’s be honest — MOZA MTQ is top-tier gear. We’re talking about a throttle you can literally build your own way. Fighter jet today, Airbus tomorrow? No problem. The whole thing is modular, runs super smooth, and you can tell it’s been designed by someone who actually knows what they’re doing. No cheap plastic, no gimmicks — just solid, precise mechanics with that real “feel.”

The whole thing is modular and runs super smooth, and you can tell it’s been designed by someone who actually knows what they’re doing. No cheap plastic, no gimmicks—just solid, precise mechanics with that real “feel.”

Modules for every flying style

That’s the coolest part about the MTQ — you can match it to whatever aircraft you’re flying. There’s the fighter jet module — short throw, crisp movement, proper afterburner detents. Then the Airbus setup — with reverse thrust, those distinctive idle notches, and that classic detent “click.” And of course, the Boeing module — longer levers, heavier feel, separate reverse handles, and a TO/GA button just like the real thing. Each module has its own vibe. Swap them around and you’ll instantly feel the difference — not just in looks, but in how the whole thing behaves in flight.

The control panel – small but mighty

At first glance, it looks compact — but don’t let that fool you. The MTQ has 23 individual controls packed into it. Buttons, switches, knobs, even a gear lever. Plus, six RGB buttons you can light up however you like — looks cool and actually helps when flying in low light. It honestly feels like having a mini cockpit right at your fingertips — once you get used to it, you won’t want to fly without it.

Four axes, zero play, total precision

MOZA nailed this part. Four independent axes, each with its own configurable detents. You can set resistance points exactly where you want them — for flaps, throttles, whatever you need. Everything moves with smooth resistance — no looseness, no “spongy” feel. You set it up once, and it just works — exactly how it should.

Plug it in and fly – no nonsense setup

You plug the MTQ straight into your MOZA base with a single RJ11 cable — that’s it. No extra USBs, no adapters, no “will this even connect?” moments. Just plug and play. The MOZA ecosystem instantly picks it up and syncs everything automatically. It’s one of those rare times where you can tell the designers actually thought about the user.

Software that lets you do it your way

Inside the MOZA Cockpit app, you can tweak pretty much everything. Want a different RGB color? Go for it. Need to move the detent points or fine-tune axis sensitivity? Easy. The app also shows live telemetry and dynamic lighting that reacts in real time. No weird setup, no hidden settings — it just works and feels right.
