Created for Winter Karting Training
Recart began by combining engineering work with a passion for motorsport. The founders needed a racing simulator for winter training of their kart drivers and used the manufacturing experience of their family engineering company to build their own design. After an extended period of development, testing and improvement, the project became a commercial product range for other sim racers.
The equipment is tested by people actively involved in sim racing and motorsport. This places practical rigidity, adjustment and hardware installation at the centre of the design process.
80/40 and 120/40 Aluminium Profiles
The defining feature of Recart cockpits is their modular 8020 construction. The 80/40 profiles create relatively compact but highly rigid frames, while 120/40 elements in the larger models provide additional resistance to the forces generated by high-torque Direct Drive wheelbases and demanding pedal systems.
T-slots allow the mounting components to be moved and positioned accurately. Wheelbase height and angle, pedal position, seat distance and accessory placement can all be adjusted. A rig can later be expanded with a monitor mount, keyboard tray, side rail, bass shaker or motion system.
RECART REVO – A Compact GT and Formula Cockpit
RECART REVO combines a rigid aluminium structure with a relatively compact footprint. Adjustable wheelbase and pedal mounts support Direct Drive equipment, load-cell pedals and different driver proportions.
The cockpit can be configured for a GT or Formula-style driving position. A shifter or handbrake mount is included, while display and keyboard mounts can be added as optional accessories.
REVO Black & White and REVO Rieger Motorsport
RECART REVO Black & White combines 120×40 and 80×40 profiles with a distinctive contrasting finish. It retains the adjustable driving position and broad Direct Drive compatibility of the REVO platform.
RECART REVO Rieger Motorsport is a limited version developed with Rieger Motorsport. Its geometry can be switched between GT and Formula positions, allowing one cockpit to support several racing disciplines.
RECART GTR EVO – A Classic 80/40 Profile Cockpit
RECART GTR EVO is a full-size 80/40 cockpit measuring approximately 1300 × 590 mm and weighing around 36 kg. The pedals can be adjusted in several directions, the wheelbase mount supports height and tilt adjustment, and the seat rails can be positioned along the frame.
Mounting the seat to aluminium profiles supports a range of standard car seats, sports seats and bucket shells. The cockpit can also work with NLR V3 and MotionSystems V3 motion platforms and tactile-feedback systems.
RECART GTRs EVO – A Lighter Compact Alternative
RECART GTRs EVO retains the rigidity of 80/40 profiles in a lighter and more compact layout. Its adjustable pedal mount, wheelbase position and support for different seat types make it suitable for rooms where a full-size rig would occupy too much space.
The cockpit can be expanded with display mounts, a side rail, keyboard tray and Direct Drive mounting hardware. It works as both a first aluminium-profile rig and a long-term platform for future upgrades.
RECART GTRx EVO – Maximum Rigidity and a Wider Frame
RECART GTRx EVO is the most substantial cockpit in the GTR range. It measures approximately 1350 × 680 mm, weighs around 45 kg and combines 120/40 with 80/40 profiles. Its wider and heavier construction suits powerful Direct Drive systems, active or hydraulic pedals and motion platforms.
The pedal assembly can be adjusted in several axes, while the wheelbase and seat position can be changed to reproduce GT, road-car or prototype ergonomics.
Direct Drive Wheelbase Mounts
The RECART Direct Drive SC Mount supports Simucube, Simagic and VRS wheelbases. It provides a simple mounting solution for servo systems requiring side or dedicated motor support.
The Recart Wheelbase Plate is a powder-coated steel deck for rigs with an internal width of 500 or 600 mm. Its hole patterns support several popular wheelbases.
The RECART DD Front Mount GTR/GTRs/GTRx supports front mounting for Simucube, Fanatec, SimXperience AccuForce, Simagic and VRS hardware. Front mounting can improve access to adjustment and provide a very direct structural connection.
MS-01 and MTS-01 Display Stands
RECART MS-01 is a free-standing mount for one monitor or television from approximately 22 to 55 inches. Height adjustment and support for common VESA patterns allow the display to be positioned independently of the cockpit.
RECART MTS-01 supports three displays of approximately 27–40 inches. Its side arms can be adjusted from 0 to 60 degrees, helping the driver create a broad field of view and align the image across all three screens.
A free-standing structure reduces the transmission of Direct Drive and tactile-feedback vibration to the displays. The triple-screen setup can be expanded with the RECART Fourth Monitor Holder for an additional telemetry or information display.
Cockpit-Mounted Display Support
The RECART TV Mount MS-GTR MS-GTRx attaches a monitor or television directly to the cockpit frame. Different versions support the GTR and GTRx layouts.
This solution occupies less floor space than a free-standing mount and moves together with the cockpit. It is useful when the entire simulator needs to be repositioned as one unit.
Keyboard Holder and Side Rail
The RECART Keyboard Holder KM-01 is a universal keyboard tray for Recart cockpits. It provides convenient access to menus, launchers, chat and simulator settings from the driving seat.
The RECART Aluminium Rail for GTR/GTRx creates mounting space for a shifter, handbrake, button box or other controls. Devices can be moved along the profile to match the driver’s reach.

RECART Bass Shaker BS 2.0
The RECART Bass Shaker BS 2.0 adds tactile vibration related to engine operation, gear changes, track texture and loss of grip. The effects are transmitted through the seat and frame without requiring high acoustic volume.
A tactile system works particularly well with a rigid aluminium cockpit because the structure transfers vibration efficiently to the driver. Telemetry-based configuration can separate individual effects more clearly than a simple audio signal.
Wheelbase, Pedal and Seat Compatibility
Recart cockpits support popular Logitech, Thrustmaster, Fanatec, MOZA, Simucube, Simagic and VRS wheelbases. Available decks and mounts cover bottom-mounted equipment as well as systems requiring front or side installation.
