A white Direct Drive cockpit for a brighter room

SIMGASM Sport White is designed for a simulator that remains part of the room rather than disappearing behind dark hardware. White 40 x 120 mm profiles form the main visual body, while black brackets, wheelbase housings and pedals provide clear contrast. A matching white seat can create one continuous shape; a black seat defines the driver area more strongly.

The finish does not reduce the Sport specification. This edition retains the 300 kg pedal-deck rating, integrated cable passthroughs, motion-ready planning and four wheelbase-mount choices. Compare other colours and frame tiers under sim racing cockpits. Accessories not included.

Plan the complete footprint, not only the white frame

Plan the complete footprint, not only the white frame

The chassis measures 600 mm wide, 1350 mm long and 800 mm high. Those dimensions cover the rig itself, so a room plan should add the seat envelope, driver access and the monitor position. A future motion system also needs travel clearance and a safe gap from walls, shelves or furniture.

Dark cables and adjustment points stand out clearly against the lighter profiles. Integrated passthroughs let part of the harness move inside the structure, preserving a more deliberate outline as the cockpit gains new controls. Brackets, trays and organisation parts can be selected from sim rig accessories.

Support firm braking and keep torque in reserve

The pedal deck carries a stated braking-load rating of 300 kg, giving it structural reserve for firm load-cell settings and selected hydraulic systems. Compatibility still depends on the bolt pattern. Pedal angle and reach should also allow the driver to apply force without lifting the heel or shifting the hips in the seat.

SIMGASM recommends Sport or Pro above 26 and up to 40 Nm. A stronger base may still match the bracket, but it should not automatically run at full torque. Restricting output to the safe chassis range leaves the benefit of transient headroom. With driver strength and game gain balanced together, that reserve helps reduce clipping. Use black mounts to define the final white build

Black mounting hardware creates distinct junctions on the white frame. Bottom Mount uses underside threads, Front Mount covers supported Fanatec, Simucube and VRS patterns, and Side Mount serves listed Fanatec, MOZA, SIMAGIC and Conspit housings. Asetek La Prima, Forte and Invicta use the dedicated Asetek Front Mount.

Profiles, brackets, the selected wheelbase support, Apex arm, heel rest, rubber feet, hardware, tools, instructions and gloves are included. The seat, slider, controls, side devices, display, stand and motion components are separate. Complete the cockpit through sim racing seats and TV and monitor stands.

SIMGASM Sport White - questions and answers

1. Is Sport White structurally different from the other colours?

No. It retains the 40 x 120 mm profiles, 300 kg pedal-deck rating, cable passthroughs and motion-ready construction. Its distinction is the white frame with black mounting hardware.

2. Should I use a white or black seat?

A white seat creates a continuous visual shape, while black reinforces the contrast of the mounts. Correct brackets, slider and driving posture are more important than colour.

3. How should I plan around the 600 x 1350 x 800 mm frame?

Add room for the seat, driver access and display stand. A future motion system also needs travel clearance and a safe distance from nearby furniture.

4. Will dark cables remain visible?

They create more contrast, but integrated passthroughs allow much of the harness to run inside the profiles. External sections can follow the frame with suitable clips.

5. Which bases need Asetek Front Mount?

The dedicated choice covers Asetek La Prima, Forte and Invicta. Do not substitute the regular Front Mount intended for different patterns.

6. How can I front-mount a SIMAGIC wheelbase?

Front Mount supports SIMAGIC Alpha EVO Sport, Alpha EVO, Alpha EVO Pro and Alpha EVO Ultra when used with the SIMAGIC MB-F adapter. The adapter uses the wheelbase side points and transfers the connection to the front.

7. Can a stronger wheelbase reduce clipping?

Extra torque capacity can preserve headroom for sharp effects. The base must still run within the safe chassis range, with driver output and game gain configured together.

8. Does a 300 kg rating mean every pedal set fits?

No. The figure describes braking load, not a universal bolt pattern. Mounting holes must match the pedal set or a suitable adapter.

9. What arrives in the two boxes?

The package contains profiles, brackets, the selected wheelbase support, Apex arm, heel rest, rubber feet, fasteners, tools, instructions and gloves.

10. How do I complete a bright setup?

Choose a suitable option from sim racing seats, add the controls and slider, then plan the screen through TV and monitor stands.
