Low seating geometry for Formula and LMP driving

The Atlas Formula positions the upper body lower and at a greater recline than a typical GT seat. This geometry is intended for cockpits where the hips sit low and the pedals are raised relative to the seat base. The backrest is fixed and has no reclining mechanism.

After installation, the wheel and pedal positions must be adjusted around the seat. The legs should remain slightly bent with the brake fully pressed, while the steering wheel must stay within reach without lifting the back away from the cushions. The Atlas GT is intended for drivers who prefer a more upright position.

Atlas Modular Construction

The seat combines the shared Atlas lower base, a Formula upper section and its matching cushion set. Simgasm describes this architecture as patented. These parts form the complete Formula configuration while allowing the seating style to be changed later.

Removable memory-foam cushions

The selected variant includes a black memory-foam cushion set shaped for the Formula upper section. The pads can be removed and washed in accordance with Simgasm's care instructions. Their layout retains access to the harness openings without changing the fixed geometry of the shell.

Separate Formula cushion sets are available in red, white, blue and orange. Drivers who need more contact around the lower back can add the dedicated Simgasm Atlas Lumbar Cushion in the Formula version.

Side mounting, harness openings and bass-shaker provision

The Atlas Formula uses side mounting. The required Simgasm Universal Seat Mount is sold separately and provides adjustment for seat height and angle. The assembly hardware supplied with the seat joins its modular parts; it does not replace the brackets connecting the shell to the cockpit.

The shell has prepared attachment points for 4-, 5- and 6-point harnesses and a factory hole pattern for a compatible bass shaker. An additional mounting point supports selected accessories such as a cup or headset holder. Harnesses, tactile hardware and accessory mounts are not included.
