Telemetry in a small display above the wheel base

CSD Nano presents essential driving data without occupying the space required by a large dashboard. Its 2.99-inch LCD panel with an 800 × 268 resolution can display the current gear, speed, engine RPM, lap timing, delta, tyre information, and other telemetry.

Brightness is adjusted through software, allowing the screen to suit the lighting around the cockpit and the visibility of nearby equipment. The wide, low format places information close to the driver's natural line of sight when the unit is installed directly above the wheel-base shaft.

A fixed view while the steering wheel is moving

On the Conspit ARES 12 and ARES Platinum 20, the display attaches to the front of the housing. Magnets hold it in place, while pogo pins provide the connection without routing a USB cable to the display itself.

The screen does not rotate with the steering wheel. This is particularly useful with Formula, GT, butterfly, and open-top wheel designs that leave the compact display clearly visible on the wheel base.

SimHub dashboards on CSD Nano

The second mode uses SimHub and supports dashboards tailored to a particular game or car. Before the first use, download the official CSDNano.shdp device file from the CONSPIT Download Center and add it to SimHub.

Once the device is configured, compatible SimHub projects can be used and the information shown during a session can be changed. The PC connection is made through the pogo pins on a compatible ARES wheel base or directly through USB-C.

Custom graphics or video instead of telemetry

The media mode can show a custom image or video. This allows the screen to become a visual part of the cockpit by displaying a team logo, driver number, or short animation.

Live game data is not shown in this mode. To return to telemetry, CSD Nano must be switched to CONSPIT Link 2.0 or SimHub mode.

Magnetic installation beyond ARES wheel bases

An adhesive-backed metal plate is included with the device. It allows the magnetic mount to be used on another wheel base, cockpit dashboard, or rig component, provided that the selected location has a suitable flat surface.

A USB-C cable must be routed to the display when it is installed away from an ARES front interface. Before attaching the plate, check screen visibility from the seat, steering-wheel clearance, and the space required for the plug and cable.

A 92 mm wide housing

CSD Nano measures 92 × 27 × 13 mm. Its slim construction reduces obstruction of the main monitor and does not require a separate large bracket. A glass panel provides an even front surface over the screen.

The device is designed for PC. CONSPIT Link 2.0 or SimHub handles configuration and telemetry, while the USB-C cable required for a direct connection is included in the package.
