Qubic System Mount for QS-BT1 installs the belt tensioner on a supported motion platform or cockpit without modifying its structure. Four variants are available: QS-CH1, QS-V20, QS-S25 and NLR Motion Platform V3. Each kit uses different brackets and hardware, so the option must match the installed rig. The Qubic System QS-BT1 belt tensioner is not included.

MOUNTING THE QS-BT1 ON A QS-CH1 COCKPIT

The QS-CH1 variant consists of two separate brackets fitted between the rear section of the cockpit base and the rear QS-210 or QS-220 actuator mounts. The left and right parts have fixed positions and are not interchangeable. The lower metal lip on each bracket must face downwards.

Installation requires the rear actuators to be removed, the brackets positioned and the structure reassembled. Qubic System specifies 25 Nm for the actuator mounting bolts. The QS-BT1 is then attached with the hardware supplied with the tensioner, with a maximum torque of 10 Nm for the M8 x 40 DIN 913 screws.

MOUNTING THE QS-BT1 ON A QS-V20 PLATFORM

The QS-V20 version uses one wide bracket fitted to the rear section of the platform frame. It works with existing QS-V20 mounting points. On some units, the rear logo plate can be removed first to improve access and refitted after installation.

The variant includes four M8 x 25 bolts plus two M8 nuts and washers. The four connections between the bracket and platform are tightened to 23 Nm. The tensioner is attached with the M8 x 40 screws supplied as part of the standard QS-BT1 package.

MOUNTING THE QS-BT1 ON A QS-S25 PLATFORM

The QS-S25 variant positions the tensioner at the rear of the platform frame. A single bracket rests flat against the structure and four bolts pass through the prepared holes. The nuts are tightened from below, so access to the underside of the rear frame is required during installation.

The kit contains the bracket, four M8 x 35 bolts, four M8 nuts and four washers. The connections to the frame are tightened to 23 Nm after the bracket has been aligned. Screws joining the QS-BT1 to the bracket must not exceed 10 Nm.

MOUNTING THE QS-BT1 ON NEXT LEVEL RACING MOTION PLATFORM V3

The NLR MPV3 variant contains two different brackets and two spacers. They fit between the moving upper frame of the Motion Platform V3 and the seat mount or sliders. The tensioner has to move with the seat, so it must not be attached to a static cockpit section or installed with the standard Buttkicker Gamer 2 bracket.

The mounting kit contains two M8 x 55 bolts, four M8 x 25 bolts, six nuts and six washers. The seat mounting connection is tightened to 23 Nm. After a QS-BT1 is installed, Qubic System reduces the maximum user weight for the NLR Motion Platform V3 to 115 kg.

It is a dedicated bracket kit for installing the QS-BT1 belt tensioner on one of four supported rigs.

2. Which mounting variants are available?

Separate versions are offered for the QS-CH1, QS-V20, QS-S25 and Next Level Racing Motion Platform V3.

3. Does one variant fit all four platforms?

No. Each version has different geometry and contents. Select the exact variant made for the installed rig.

4. Is the QS-BT1 belt tensioner included?

No. The product contains only the selected mounting kit. The QS-BT1, harness, cockpit and motion platform are sold separately.

5. Does the QS-CH1 version work with QS-210 and QS-220 actuators?
