Next Level Racing Flight Simulator was developed as a dedicated flight station that replaces a collection of controls placed loosely around a desk. The structure can be arranged for commercial aviation, general aviation, combat flying or space simulation. A yoke, throttle, joystick, rudder pedals, keyboard and mouse can be positioned according to the selected aircraft and preferred control layout.

A cut-out at the front of the seat allows a HOTAS stick to be installed centrally between the pilot's legs, which suits combat aircraft and helicopter configurations. Civilian layouts can use the yoke plate and side arms for throttle quadrants. Other equipment for building a complete simulator is available on the Next Level Racing brand page.

A dedicated seat for long-haul sessions

The dedicated flight seat uses high-density foam together with PU and suede upholstery. This construction provides support for longer flights while creating a surface suitable for regular use. A dual-recliner mechanism reinforces the backrest laterally and allows its angle to be set more precisely. The included lumbar cushion adds adjustable support for the lower back and can be positioned according to the pilot's preference.

The seat is positioned higher than a typical racing cockpit, helping the user work naturally above a set of rudder pedals. A four-point harness reinforces the aviation character of the station, while the included sliders allow quick distance changes without rebuilding the frame. The HOTAS cut-out preserves access to a centrally mounted joystick without forcing an awkward leg position during combat or helicopter simulation.

Adjustment for the pilot and installed hardware

The cockpit supports users from 120 to 210 cm tall, while the main mounting points can be adjusted for body proportions and control type. Its side arms provide 300 mm of lateral movement and 75 mm of height adjustment. The central post used for a yoke or keyboard accessory offers 150 mm of vertical adjustment, while the centre HOTAS post has a 30 mm height range.

Flight-control arms and the rudder plate can be angled by up to 21.5 degrees. Seat sliders change the pilot's distance from the controls, and the reclining backrest helps adapt the position for a longer session or a different user. Complete the ergonomic setup before final cable management and leave sufficient slack near every adjustable component so that wires cannot be pulled during later position changes.

Peripheral compatibility and future upgrades

The supplied mounting plates support many popular yokes, joysticks, throttles, HOTAS systems and rudder pedals from brands including Moza, Thrustmaster, Logitech, Saitek, Honeycomb, Virtual Fly, MFG, VKB, VPC and WINWING. Controls should be hard-mounted wherever possible, as this gives them a more stable position than placing hardware loosely on a surface. Electronics shown in the manufacturer's product images are not included.
