What is OUTLET?

Outlet products are usually items returned by customers or products whose packaging was damaged during transport. Before shipping, each item is checked by us, remains complete, works properly and comes with a full warranty.

What can an outlet product mean?

The product may come from a customer return.
The original packaging may be damaged, opened or replaced.
The item may show minor signs of previous use, without affecting how it works.
Accessory bags or internal packaging may be replaced with substitute packaging.
The product remains functional, complete and ready for normal use.

Outlet items are shipped randomly from the available stock. This means that one unit may only have a slightly damaged box, while another may show small signs of being unpacked or used before. These details do not affect the product’s operation or warranty.

Important: by choosing an outlet product, the customer accepts the conditions described above. Claims based only on damaged or replacement packaging, minor signs of use, or replaced accessory bags will not be treated as a product defect.

If you prefer a product in standard packaging condition, without possible signs of previous use, please choose the regular product version instead of the outlet one.

The product can be viewed at our company premises by prior appointment.
