Alpha EVO Ultra delivers up to 28 Nm of torque. Its ultra-low-inertia servo motor changes force direction quickly, while Zero-Cogging technology reduces stepped sensations during slow steering movements. Shaft position is read by a 21-bit encoder, and the control system operates at a 20 kHz response rate.
The wheelbase has an aluminium housing, 11 ports supporting CAN, CAN FD, and USB peripherals, and an emergency stop switch in the box. Zeus Formula uses QR50 and communicates with Alpha EVO Ultra through CAN FD. A rigid cockpit is required for 28 Nm, while maximum output can be reduced in the software.
The 280 mm steering wheel provides 16 RGB buttons, two seven-way switches, four rotary encoders, and four thumb encoders. This layout keeps engine mapping, brake bias, traction control, and other car settings within reach of the silicone grips. Gear changes are handled by a dual-paddle module with Hall sensors.
The front plate is made from 5 mm solid carbon fibre, while the rear section is CNC-machined aluminium. The central position is prepared for MagicDash 4, turning the display into an integrated part of the wheel. The connection to Alpha EVO Ultra is native and does not require a separate cable from the steering wheel to the PC.
MagicDash 4 uses a 4-inch touchscreen with an 800 × 480 resolution. It can display gear, engine speed, lap times, temperatures, pressures, and other data supplied by the simulation. Fifteen shift LEDs sit above the display, while six additional function LEDs are positioned at the sides.
The display attaches directly to the central mount on Zeus Formula. Data layouts can be configured in SimPro Manager V3 or SimHub. AirLink transfers telemetry wirelessly to MagicDash 4 and is included free with the bundle, so a separate receiver is not required.
P2000-S200RF contains throttle and brake pedals. The hydraulic brake system uses a master cylinder, an auxiliary pump, and braided lines, while a 200 kg Load Cell measures pedal force. The signal is processed at 12-bit resolution, providing 4096 input levels.
Adjustment covers pedal plate position and angle, travel, spring force, damping, linearity, target brake force, and dead zones. The pedals can connect directly to a PC through USB or to a SIMAGIC wheelbase. A clutch, carbon heel plate, and haptic modules remain optional upgrades.
