| PC | Direct USB connection. A Simagic wheelbase is not required. |
| Simagic Alpha Mini, Alpha, Alpha Ultimate | Connect the handbrake's USB-C port to the compatible wheelbase CAN port as shown in the manual. |
| Simagic Alpha EVO series | RJ45 cable to the wheelbase CANFD port. |
| Setup with another wheelbase brand | On PC, the handbrake operates as a separate USB device. Do not connect it to another wheelbase's peripheral port without confirmed compatibility. |
| Simagic P-HPR / P-HPR GT | Optional haptic modules requiring additional power, such as a compatible Simagic P-APS supply. Module and power supply are sold separately. |
| Simagic P-HYS | Optional hydraulic module. The manual prohibits mounting the entire handbrake vertically with this module. |
| Simagic P-HYSi | Optional hydraulic module. Keep the reservoir upright relative to the ground when changing the handbrake configuration. |
| Simagic P-ORP / P-ORP(H) | Optional resistance-component kits listed on the TB-NEO page. Select the version for the standard or hydraulic module. |
| SimHub | Telemetry effects with compatible haptic hardware. TB-NEO does not generate vibration without an additional haptic module. |

P-HPR, P-HPR GT, P-HYS and P-HYSi modules, an additional power supply and a desk clamp are not included in the standard set.
1. Which sensor does Simagic TB-NEO use?
A load cell with a 100 kg range in the standard configuration. The electronics read the signal at 12-bit resolution, providing 4096 levels.
2. Do I need to pull the handle with 100 kg of force?
No. The 100 kg rating describes the sensor range, not the required hand force. Resistance depends on the spring and elastomer setup; calibration adjusts the input range.
3. Is TB-NEO a hydraulic handbrake?
Not in its standard configuration. The stock mechanism uses springs and elastomers. Simagic P-HYS and P-HYSi hydraulic modules are optional upgrades.
4. Can the lever be positioned horizontally?
Yes. Vertical and horizontal configurations are available, with five angle positions and lever-height adjustment.
5. Does TB-NEO work on PC without a Simagic wheelbase?
Yes. Connect it directly to the computer through USB. Your wheelbase does not have to be a Simagic model.
6. How does TB-NEO connect to Alpha and Alpha EVO bases?
Alpha Mini, Alpha and Alpha Ultimate use CAN through the handbrake's USB-C port. The Alpha EVO series uses RJ45 and CANFD. Use the wheelbase port identified in the manual.
7. Are a haptic module and power supply included?
No. Purchase P-HPR or P-HPR GT and the additional power supply separately. TB-NEO does not produce telemetry vibration without a haptic module.
8. Is calibration needed after changing elastomers?
Yes. The manual recommends recalibrating in SimPro Manager after an elastomer change to match the minimum and maximum readings to the new setup.
9. Can the whole handbrake be mounted vertically with P-HYS?
No. Simagic rules out that mounting orientation with P-HYS. For P-HYSi, follow the separate requirement to keep the reservoir upright relative to the ground.
10. Is a desk clamp included?
No. The included hardware is for bolt mounting, including installation on a compatible aluminium profile. A desk clamp must be selected separately.
11. How long is the Simagic TB-NEO warranty?
The TB-NEO manual specifies a 24-month warranty from purchase, subject to SIMAGIC warranty terms. Simline.eu is an authorised distributor in Poland and accepts claims for equipment purchased from us.
12. How is the warranty handled for a product bought from Simline.eu?
Simline.eu acts as an intermediary in the warranty process and manages the case from receipt of documentation. After reviewing the issue, we provide further instructions for handling the claim.
13. How do I submit a claim for Simagic TB-NEO?
Email support@simline.eu with a fault description, photos or a video showing the issue and proof of purchase. Further instructions will follow after review.
