You recommend the Direct Drive bases, wheels, pedals and cockpits you already know. Your viewer, reader or league mate buys on simline.eu, and you earn a commission on the whole order — not just on the product your link pointed to. No sign-up cost, no paper contracts, no middlemen. You generate links yourself in your customer panel in seconds.
What is the Simline partner programme?
The Simline partner programme (also called the affiliate programme) is how we reward people who recommend our sim racing store. You get your own partner link, place it where your audience is, and we pay you a commission on every order placed through that link. You do not need a company, a website or a large following — just a store account and people who trust your advice on sim racing gear.
We settle directly, with no affiliate networks and no hidden fees. Commission is calculated on the entire cart: a link to a €350 steering wheel can also earn you commission on the Direct Drive base and pedals the customer adds in the same session. Only one thing depends on you — recommending honestly, where people are really looking for gear.
How the partner programme works — 4 steps
Step 1 — Create an account and apply
Register on simline.eu, open your customer panel and submit your application to the partner programme. If you run a business, add your invoicing details. We review applications within 14 business days, usually much faster.
Step 2 — Generate your links
Once accepted, a generator appears in your panel: pick a product or the whole store and get a link with your ID. Drop it under your video, in your stream description, on a forum or in a message. There is no limit on the number of links.
Step 3 — They buy, you earn
Every order placed in a session started by your link is attributed to you. Commission is earned on everything in the cart, not just the product from the link. You see it in your panel right after dispatch, with "pending" status.
Step 4 — Collect your commission
21 days after dispatch the commission is approved. Businesses invoice us and get a bank transfer within 14 days; individuals use the credit as a discount voucher for any gear in the store.
How much can one referral earn you?
Example: a customer buys a Direct Drive base for PLN 3,199 (about €750) gross, PLN 2,601 net, through your link. Your commission at different rates:
| Rate | 1 order | 5 orders / month | per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3% | PLN 78 | PLN 390 | PLN 4,680 |
| 5% | PLN 130 | PLN 650 | PLN 7,800 |
| 7% | PLN 182 | PLN 910 | PLN 10,920 |
| 10% | PLN 260 | PLN 1,300 | PLN 15,600 |
This table is for illustration only. Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding VAT and delivery), and the rate is set individually by the store — the applicable percentage is shown in your partner panel in your store account and may differ between products, categories and partners. The figures shown are not an offer or a guarantee of income.
Who the Simline partner programme is for
Streamers and YouTubers
Reviewing wheelbases, wheels and pedals? A link in your video or stream description turns your test into real commission — on your viewer's whole cart. A review keeps working long after release: videos like "MOZA R9 — one year later" or "Simagic Alpha EVO vs Simucube 2" collect clicks for months, because people watch them right before buying.
Leagues, teams and communities
Running a league, a Discord server or a sim racing group? One link for the whole community, with commission flowing back as credit for gear — league prizes, upgrades for drivers, equipment for a shared rig. A pinned "where we buy our gear" message is the simplest way for a community to fund itself.
Blogs, portals and guide writers
Writing Direct Drive comparisons or load cell pedal buying guides? Link to the products you write about and earn on every purchase from your article. Guides like "which Direct Drive base under €700" stay in Google results for years — every visit is a chance for commission.
Coaches, workshops and sim centres
Coaching drivers, running a sim centre or building rigs for clients? Recommend the gear you use yourself and let the client buy it from us through your link. Commission is invoiced — extra income without holding stock or handling warranty claims.
Why recommend Simline
- Commission on the whole order. Link to a wheel, and the customer adds a base and pedals? You earn on everything bought in that session. In sim racing people rarely buy one thing — and that works in your favour.
- Gear you actually want to recommend. MOZA, Simagic, Simucube, Conspit, Heusinkveld, VNM, SimNet, Fanatec — authorised distribution, EU-wide shipping and technical support. You recommend a store where someone picks up the phone and helps configure a base, not an anonymous marketplace.
- Transparent settlement. Every attributed order and every commission visible in your panel with status and date. 21 days of validation, then approval. No hidden deductions, no "adjustments" after the fact.
- Two ways to get paid. Run a business — invoice us and receive a bank transfer within 14 days (from PLN 100). An individual — use the credit as a voucher for any gear in the store. Many partners treat the programme as a way to fund their own upgrades.
- No channel limits. YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, blog, forum, Discord, a message to a friend — publish wherever your audience is. The only rules: label the link as an ad and don't bid on "Simline" in paid search.
- Your customer wins too. Anyone buying through your link with a store account still gets their regular loyalty cashback. You recommend something both sides benefit from — that is easier to recommend.
- Shipping across Europe. The store has prices in EUR, GBP and USD and free delivery from €350 within the EU. You can recommend it to audiences well beyond Poland.
What to recommend for the highest commission?
Commission grows with the cart value, so links to products that naturally pull in further purchases work best:
- Direct Drive wheelbases (MOZA R5, R9, R12, R16, Simagic Alpha EVO, Simagic ZEUS, Simucube 2) — a customer buying a base often adds a wheel, a quick release and a mount in the same order. One link, three products, one commission on all of them.
- Sim racing bundles (base + wheel + pedals) — the highest cart value per click, ideal for "first Direct Drive setup" and "how to start sim racing" guides.
- Load cell pedals (Heusinkveld Sprint and Ultimate, Simagic P1000, SimNet, VNM) — the usual first upgrade after a base; customers typically add mounting accessories.
- Cockpits and seats (Simgasm, SimXpro, Recart, Sabelt, Next Level Racing) — the target product in rig-building guides; high value and few returns.
- Flight sim (MOZA AB9, MH16, MTLP) — a niche with less competition and loyal audiences; links from flight sim forums convert very well.
Gift vouchers, outlet and clearance items are excluded from the programme. Current rates for each category are shown in your partner panel after acceptance.
Where to place links? Ideas that work
- YouTube video description — under a review or unboxing, a "gear in this video" list with a link to each product; add the link in a pinned comment too, since some viewers never expand the description.
- Twitch channel panel — a permanent "my setup" banner with your link; viewers click during the stream and commission applies to the whole shopping session. A !gear chat command does the same.
- Blog post or comparison — "MOZA R9 vs Simagic Alpha EVO", "best pedals under €500", "aluminium profile vs tube cockpit" — content Google keeps showing for months.
- Discord and groups — a pinned message with the link for your league community; the commission can fund prizes.
- TikTok, Instagram, Reels — link in bio and in the comment under a short driving or build clip.
- A message to a friend — a mate asks what to buy? Send the product link instead of the name.
Attribution works within the customer's current session, so link where your audience is already ready to decide — next to a review, a comparison or an answer to "what should I buy".
Example descriptions you can copy
Under a YouTube video:
"Gear in this video (affiliate links #ad): MOZA R9 base → [link], ES wheel → [link], SR-P pedals → [link]. Buying through the links supports the channel at no extra cost to you."
In a Twitch panel:
"I buy my setup at Simline — EU store with service and support. Affiliate link (#ad): [link]. Questions about gear? Ask in chat."
On a league Discord:
"We buy league gear through this link (#ad): [link]. The commission goes back to the league and funds end-of-season prizes."
In an article:
"If this guide helped you choose a base, you can buy it through our affiliate link (#ad) — it costs you nothing and supports future tests."
Labelling links — one rule that protects you and your audience
A partner link is advertising, and advertising must be labelled under EU and Polish consumer rules. A clear label next to the publication is enough: #ad, #affiliate or "affiliate link / partner link". Audiences do not mind — they appreciate you saying it plainly. It is the only obligation beyond the ban on spam and Google Ads campaigns on the "Simline" keyword.
Partner programme vs loyalty programme — what is the difference?
- What for: partner — other people's purchases through your link; loyalty — your own purchases from your account (cashback).
- How to join: partner — application in the panel and acceptance; loyalty — automatically, when buying from your account.
- Validation: 21 days from dispatch in both.
- Payout: partner — bank transfer on invoice (businesses) or store credit; loyalty — discount voucher in the store only.
- Can I combine them? Yes — you recommend to others and earn commission, and collect cashback on your own purchases. Both go to one balance in your account panel.
Your first month in the programme — a simple plan
- Week 1: apply, wait for acceptance and generate links to 3–5 products you use or know best.
- Week 2: add links where you already have content — old reviews, video descriptions, pinned posts. Fastest results, because the traffic is already there.
- Week 3: make one new piece answering "what should I buy": a comparison of two bases, a pedal test, a beginner's guide.
- Week 4: check your panel — which links get clicked and what gets bought — and do more of what works.
The rules in short
- Commission on the net value of the whole order from a session started by your link; the last clicked link counts.
- Validation 21 days from dispatch; returns and cancellations do not generate commission.
- Payout from PLN 100 on invoice (businesses) within 14 days, or store credit for gear (everyone). Commission not settled within 12 months expires.
- No commission on: own purchases, B2B with individual pricing, gift vouchers, outlet, clearance.
- Label links as advertising; no paid ads on the "Simline" keyword; no spam.
Partner programme FAQ
How much is the commission in the Simline partner programme?
The rate is set by the store and shown in your partner panel once your application is accepted. It may differ between products, brands and partners. The table on this page shows example figures only.
What is the commission calculated on?
On the net value (excluding VAT) of all products in an order placed during a session started by your link, after discounts. Delivery costs are not included.
How long does my link last?
Attribution applies within the customer's current session. If the customer comes back later without clicking your link again, the order is not attributed. If several partners' links were clicked in one session, the last one counts.
When do I get my commission?
Commission is "pending" from dispatch and approved after 21 days if the customer has not returned the order. Returns do not generate commission.
I don't have a business — can I join?
Yes. Individuals settle commission in the store: it goes to your loyalty balance, from which you generate a discount voucher for any gear. Bank transfers are available to business partners who issue an invoice, from PLN 100.
Do I earn commission on my own purchases?
No — purchases from your own account are covered by the loyalty programme (cashback), not the partner programme.
Can I promote Simline outside Poland?
Yes. The store ships across the European Union and beyond, with prices in EUR, GBP and USD. Commission is converted to PLN; business partners outside Poland invoice without Polish VAT.
Do I have to label my links as advertising?
Yes. Publications with partner (affiliate) links should be clearly labelled (e.g. #ad, #affiliate, "affiliate link"), in line with consumer protection rules. It protects you and your audience.
What do I see in the partner panel?
The number of attributed orders, the amount and status of each commission, and dates. You do not see customer data or order contents — we protect their privacy just like yours.
Can I use the Simline logo and photos?
Yes — the logo and product photos from the store may be used to promote your links. Just do not suggest that you represent Simline or a manufacturer.
Ready to start?
Log in or create an account, open the partner programme tab and submit your application. Your links appear in the panel as soon as you're accepted.
Participation is subject to the Simline Partner Programme Terms and Conditions. Commission is an estimate until approved, its amount depends on the arrangement with the store, and the applicable percentage is shown in your partner account in the store.
