Four brackets for the four frame corners

This set connects compatible motion actuators to a Simgasm aluminium-profile cockpit. Four brackets are supplied, one for each corner of the frame. They are mounting components, not a complete motion system. Actuators, controller, power equipment and cockpit are selected separately. Images showing fitted actuators illustrate how the brackets are used, rather than what is included in the box.

6 mm steel and four bolted mounting points

Each bracket is made from 6 mm carbon steel and uses four bolted mounting points. Installation needs to account for the bracket thickness and the attachment requirements of the selected actuator. Do not choose bolt length from the appearance of a photo alone. Simgasm states that the required mounting hardware can vary with the motion system being installed.

One set for several motion systems

The compatibility list includes Qubic QS-210 and QS-220, MOZA HMA150, selected PT Actuator and Sigma Integrale models, plus SFX-100 and SFX-150. However, “universal” does not mean every actuator will fit. D-BOX G3/G5, ProSimu PRS200, CAMMUS RDS4 and SIMRIG SR1/SR2 also require their original manufacturer's mounting bracket. Those additional brackets are not included in the Simgasm set.

Frame fit is only part of the check

The brackets fit Simgasm Hobby, Club, Sport and Pro cockpits, but the complete setup must also meet the actuator system's requirements. For example, Simgasm states that the MOZA HMA150 requires 40 × 80 mm profiles or larger. Hobby uses 40 × 40 mm profiles, so bracket fit alone does not confirm that combination. Check frame requirements and the selected motion system's load limits before upgrading.

Actuators, cockpit, original motion-system manufacturer brackets and other pictured accessories are not included. Required bolts and additional mounting components depend on the selected actuators; no single complete hardware list is published for every configuration.
