Aluminium Clutches (Hall sensor)

They are precision analogue DIY clutches designed for building custom sim racing steering wheels. Made from aluminium with a built-in Hall effect sensor, each clutch weighs just 23.3 g and features an ultra-compact design that fits even very small steering wheel rims.

The Single Clutch variant includes one clutch, a distance spacer and a carbon paddle. The Double Clutch variant is a complete set with two clutches, two distance spacers, two carbon paddles, a Dual Clutch module and a BPP (Bite Point Potentiometer) — ready for direct integration into a custom sim racing wheel build.

The Simline clutches operate at 3.3–5 V. Wire colours are: yellow – VCC, black – signal, red – GND. Always verify the connections against the descriptions printed on the BPP module before wiring.

The clutches are mounted using screws from the bottom of the steering wheel rim. A full set of mounting screws is included with every variant. Downloadable files are available on the manufacturer's website to assist with integration into custom wheel projects.
