Add the voucher to your cart, choose the value and fill in the personalisation fields: the recipient's name, the sender, a dedication and an optional description. Once payment is received, we send the voucher as a PDF to the e‑mail address from the order, within 2 business days at most.

Yes. Enter the recipient's e‑mail address in the order notes and we will send the voucher straight to them. By default it goes to your address so you can hand it over in person or print it.

You choose the value in the cart. A single voucher can be worth up to the equivalent of PLN 15,000 (converted at the National Bank of Poland rate). For a bigger gift, buy several vouchers — one voucher can be used per order, but there can be several orders.

By card, through the payment operator in the store, by bank transfer or in cash at our office in Poznań, Poland. Vouchers are not sold cash on delivery, in instalments or via PayPal — payment must be received before the voucher is sent.

The voucher is a multi‑purpose voucher, so the invoice or receipt is issued only when the gear is bought — in the name of the person redeeming it. When buying the voucher itself, a business receives a debit note and a private customer receives an order confirmation (a debit note on request).

Just enter the voucher code in the cart at simline.eu before placing the order. The voucher value is deducted from the price of the products. The QR code on the voucher leads straight to the store.

No. Any unused amount stays on the voucher and can be used in further orders while the voucher is valid. You can see the current balance in the cart after entering the code.

You pay the difference with any payment method available in the store. That's how most customers buy Direct Drive wheelbases or cockpits — the voucher covers part, the rest goes by card or transfer.

No — the voucher covers the price of products only. Shipping and any additional charges are paid separately when placing the order.

Yes, unless the terms of a specific promotion say otherwise. The voucher is a payment method, not a discount, so promotional reductions apply as normal.

The voucher works for orders to every country we ship to. For delivery within the EU the price includes the VAT of the destination country. For shipments outside the EU the price excludes VAT, and customs duties and taxes in the country of receipt are paid by the recipient on delivery — the voucher does not cover them.

12 months from the date of issue. The date is printed on the voucher in the "Valid until" field. After that the voucher expires and any unused amount is forfeited — we don't send reminders, so it's worth noting the date in your calendar.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. It is issued as personalised digital content immediately after purchase, at your express request, so the 14‑day right of withdrawal does not apply — you confirm this in the cart before placing the order. If you prefer to keep the right of withdrawal, don't tick that consent: we will then send the voucher after 14 days.

Yes, under the store terms. The amount paid with the voucher goes back onto the same voucher; any top‑up is refunded the way you paid it. Goods should be complete and in a condition that allows resale; for signs of use beyond what you could do in a shop (mounting in a cockpit, connecting and activating, driving) the refund may be reduced.

Write to info@simline.eu with your order number. We will block the code and, if the voucher hasn't been used yet, issue a new one with the same expiry date. We cannot restore a voucher that was redeemed before you reported it — treat the code like cash.

The balance is visible in the cart after entering the code. Detailed information about the voucher (status, history, order details) is disclosed only to the buyer after verification of the order number — we have no way of confirming who the recipient is.

We'll fix an obvious typo free of charge if you report it before the code is first used. We don't change the amount or currency of a voucher after it has been issued.
